Eleni Vradi is a dually licensed Psychologist and EMDR practitioner who has been providing psychotherapy services since 2015. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, followed by a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). To further specialize her clinical practice, she completed a Master’s degree in Social Work at Fordham University in New York City, where she subsequently launched her private practice in 2021. Today, Eleni offers both online therapy and in-person sessions at her office in Koukaki, Athens, Greece.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. EMDR therapy has been proven to be highly effective for those who have experienced trauma. EMDR can also be used to alleviate symptoms to related to anxiety, phobias, grief and loss, somatic symptoms and more. EMDR allows for distressing memories to be reprocessed and integrated leading to dramatic changes to one’s physical and emotional well being. I practice EMDR from an Attachment-Focused perspective prioritizing a safe therapeutic relationship and supporting you along the process.

I am trained in multiple Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy modalities such as Child Parent Psychotherapy, TF-CBT and parts work. I use an integrative approach blending techniques from psychodynamic, relational, and somatic therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.

I offer supervision and support to therapists who want to enhance their clinical skills and help ensure effective intervention strategies for clients.
